Faith is Relational

February 18 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

The Reverend Jennifer Nordstrom

Choir Director Tristan Strelitzer

Worship Associate Denise Cawley

Faith is not only an individual orientation, it is also a collaborative creation and a collective experience. Faith moves in the space between us; it is something we create in a relationship. Join us for this service that includes a covenant with our Pledge Drive Team and explores how loving relationships of trust and truth allow individuals and communities to flourish.

Jennifer Nordstrom, Senior MinisterThe Rev. Jennifer Nordstrom is the Senior Minister for First Unitarian Society of Milwaukee, beginning Fall 2016. A native Wisconsinite, she previously served as minister for Third Unitarian Church in Chicago, Illinois. Active in issues of peace, climate justice, and racial justice, she is currently co-editing a book on environmental justice and Unitarian Universalism, forthcoming in 2017.

Visitors to First Church are always welcome! Join us for coffee and conversation in the Common Room following each service.
Parents with children: feel free to let your children experience our Religious Education classes up to three times without commitment to see if it’s the right fit. Find Religious Education information here.
