“Honor the Past, Hope for the Future”

December 31 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

The Rev. Sara Goodman

The Reverend Sara Goodman.
Worship Associate Diane Horne.
Jack Forbes Wilson, Artist-in-Residence.
Note: One service only at 10:00 a.m.

In this multigenerational service, we will dig into the earth of the past to excavate our hope for the future. What can we learn from history and our experience that will help us to remain hopeful for a transformative future?

What can we let go of as we move into the coming year?

Rev. Sara Goodman is the First Church interim associate minister, joining the staff team from August through December to fill in while The Rev. Dena McPhetres is on a sabbatical.

Visitors to First Church are always welcome! Join us for coffee and conversation in the Common Room following each service.
Parents with children: feel free to let your children experience our Religious Education classes up to three times without commitment to see if it’s the right fit. Find Religious Education information here.
