Sunday Service: “Setting Our Intentions”

January 1

ONE SERVICE ONLY TODAY at 10:00 a.m.

“Setting Our Intentions”
The Rev. Dena McPhetres

With music by Alissa Rhode, Lead Music Director

Let us greet the New Year by setting intention for our lives. Although New Year’s resolutions are seldom kept and often stressful and unrealistic, the practice of setting intention can calm and center us, help us choose our priorities, and name a guidepost for the year ahead. The world can be overwhelming and so can our personal lives. Let us center ourselves by setting our intentions.

This month’s theme: What does it mean to be a community of “Intentions?”
