Instructor: Morgan Engels Wednesday Morning Yoga- 8 classes: Sept. 20-Nov. 8 9:00-10:30am  Cost:$80 members/$96 non-members Join us for a practice of alignment based and joint health yoga.  We start the class using props (blocks, chairs, straps) to find structural integrity in our poses. We will then shift to a more passive practice, tending to our joints and restoring our nervous system. All levels welcome!  Sign up ONLINE
