Monday evenings, June 26-August 14; no class on July 3 due to the holiday. (6 classes)   $60 members/ $72 non-members Instructor: Morgan Engels Join us for a practice of alignment based and joint health yoga.  We start the class using props (blocks, chairs, straps) to find structural integrity in our poses. We will then shift to a more passive practice, tending to our joints and restoring our nervous system. All levels welcome!  Sign up ONLINE

SANCTUARY SUNDAY IS TODAY AFTER SERVICE! Join us from 11:15 a.m.-1:00 p.m. as Bruce Wiggins will present a slide show from the 2017 April Regional Assembly workshop which reviews the process employed by two Chicago UU congregations in making their commitment to help resettle refugee families. Sanctuary Sunday programs are held monthly and are offered to enhance our understanding of the various outcomes.
