Adult Spiritual Development: Owning Your Religious Past
Are you wondering what to do with past religious beliefs and experiences now that you’re a UU? This five-week class can help you reflect on your religious past, sorting out what to leave, what to bring into the present, and what to redefine. We’ll give you simple tools through which you may re-examine and retrieve positive aspects of past religious experiences, including group sharing and private exploration using journal exercises.
Join us for a meaningful reflection on our lifelong spiritual journeys. (Please bring a journal or notebook and pen.)
