Presenter: Mike McCabe, Wisconsin Political Reform Activist, Wisconsin Democracy Campaign & Blue Jean Nation.

Mike McCabe, a recent candidate for Wisconsin Governor, long-time government watchdog, and democracy reform advocate, will provide an assessment of today’s hazardous political landscape.

Mike will give us advice on how to resist the impulse to duck and cover, but instead fearlessly engage in civic life as tumultuous elections are fast approaching.

First Unitarian Society of Milwaukee

Sunday Forum is a Sunday morning lecture series at First Unitarian Society of Milwaukee that showcases provocative, sometimes controversial, speakers discussing topical issues of the day: politics, the environment, health issues, the arts, education and more. The Forum — in Max Otto Hall on our second floor — begins at 10:10 a.m. and lasts about 45 minutes. Speakers give a 30-minute presentation, followed by questions and brief comments from the audience. Coffee is served. Childcare is available.
