“We’re All in This Boat Together: Stewardship Ritual Celebration”
It is common in Scandinavian churches to have a church ship hanging from the ceiling of the sanctuary as a visual representation that the congregation is all in this boat together.
Journeying together might take more time and group coordination than going solo, but we can go further with more support. Together, we can pull our oars with greater strength, spell each other when we get tired, and sing songs along the journey.
Join us for this exploration of what it means to share the journey of life with a community, and remember to bring your pledge cards for our annual stewardship ritual celebration.
