Yoga Wednesday Mornings

Wednesday morning classes are gentle and include yoga poses modified to individual needs, gentle movement sequences to help improve the body’s movement patterns, yogic breath techniques, and guided relaxation.
9:00-10:00 a.m., April 14-June 9 (9 weeks)
Instructor Morgan Engels offers two, 9-week classes online, allowing students to participate from the safety of their homes. Both classes are suitable for all experience levels.
Monday Evenings, Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and create space for stillness while nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons, and fascia. Yin is yoga at its deepest, quietest, and stillest moments.
9 weeks, April 12-June 14 (no class May 31 for Memorial Day)
Fees: $67.50 for First Church members, $81 for non-members.
