Rollie Hanson

Board Term Ending 2023.  A member of First Church since 2005, Rollie is committed to social, racial and gender justice, particularly for young people. He is also concerned with environmental issues. Rollie has served the congregation as a Pastoral Care Associate, a Worship Associate, and a member of the Children’s Religious Education Committee. He has taught Children’s Religious Education for various grades over the past 12 years, currently serving as a Youth Advisor for our high school youth. He will be participating in Beloved Conversations this spring and looks forward to engaging more on anti-racist, anti-oppression work this year. He is starting his first term with the UUA Mid-America Region Committee. Rollie is an attorney with a small practice where he does general practice areas such as estate planning, probate and bankruptcy, litigating consumer issues such auto fraud, illegal collection actions and defending homeowners facing foreclosure.
