- Please note that the building use fee includes such duties as opening and closing the building, placement and removal of tables and chairs, vacuuming, etc., but DOES NOT include laying and clearing tables, washing dishes, bagging trash, etc., so please plan to have adequate clean-up help available. - The Astor Street door is the entrance. It must be monitored and locked up again after the expected participants have arrived. The exterior Ogden Street door must not be used.

It is imperative, for their own safety and for the smooth operation of the First Unitarian Society’s own children’s pro-grams, that all children be supervised by an adult or a responsible teenaged babysitter at all times while in the church. If you anticipate children at your event, please make arrangements for adequate childcare and inform the church administrator. If unexpected children arrive, please ensure that they are not left unattended. All furniture and equipment that is moved must be returned to its original location. 4.
