Christmas Eve Offering Recipients 2022

Every year, our congregation gives the entire Christmas Eve offering away. This year, we are giving the offering to two local organizations that help people in our community access food and shelter.

We will be collecting donations during the in-person services on Christmas Eve. You may also give to either or both of these organization with our secure online giving form.

Interchange Food Pantry, a food pantry that First Church helped found in 1971 along with a group of neighboring churches, is committed to helping provide healthy food to low-income residents of Milwaukee in a compassionate and supportive environment. Every $1 you donate to Interchange buys $5 worth of high-quality food for pantry guests.

MacCanon Brown Homeless Sanctuary, is a daytime sanctuary and multi-resource center for homeless and at-risk individuals. It is a place to be and belong that offers hope to those who struggle for resources in Milwaukee’s overwhelmed safety net.
