Are you feeling stressed about the election? Worrying about the future of our democracy? Taking positive action is the most effective way to reduce anxiety, and it makes a difference in the outcome. So, stop worrying and do something to make a difference!
Join UU the Vote, First Unitarian Society of Milwaukee, and Common Ground as we have conversations with our neighbors leading up to the November election. We’ll be knocking on doors in teams. We’ll offer lunch, grounding, and canvass training before launching from First Church.
Whether you’re an experienced canvasser or going to take the plunge for your first time, we want you! We are so grateful that UUs from Illinois, Minnesota and beyond have signed up to join us in this important UU values work of Defending Democracy.
