Yoga Wednesday Mornings

On Zoom.
Wednesday morning classes are gentle and include yoga poses modified to individual needs, gentle movement sequences to help improve the body’s movement patterns, yogic breath techniques, and guided relaxation. Each class is structured to address a region or system of the body that may need balancing for better health and well being.
September 15 – November 10, 9:00 am – 10:00 am (9 weeks)
Also Available: Monday Evening Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and create space for stillness while nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons, and fascia. Yin is yoga at its deepest, quietest, and stillest moments. Poses are held for 2–5 minutes, allowing joints and fascia to release.
This class is recuperative for the nervous system, endocrine system, and any strains or injuries. Practicing Yin Yoga in the evening can be extremely helpful for a good night’s sleep.
September 13 – November 8, 5:45 – 6:45 p.m. (9 weeks)
Both classes ares suitable for all experience levels.
Fees: $67.50 for First Church members, $81 for non-members for either class.
