Room Reservation Request

We normally process requests within three days and contact you via email to confirm. After you click “Submit”, you’ll see a printable version of your request and a link if you need to edit it.

Hours and Fees

Please consider our normal operating hours when scheduling your event & its volunteers. Activities outside of our normal operating hours will be assessed a facilities fee of $75 per 4 hours or fewer. Activities involving more than 25 people during daytime office hours are also subject to the facilities fee.

Daytime Office Hours: Mon. – Fri. 9:00 – 4:30

Church Year Activity Hours

Evenings: Mon – Th 4:30 – 9:30; Weekends: Sat. 10:00 – 5:00; Sunday until 3:00

Summer Activity Hours

Evenings: Mon – Wed 4:30 – 9:30; Weekends: Sat. 10:00 – 5:00; Sunday until 1:00

Allow at least 48 hours (preferably more) for a simple meeting with no setup, food, or AV usage; five days for any event needing food or AV setup and two weeks for larger events and events held outside normal church hours to allow for staff arrangements.
