Amanda Panciera

Board Term Ending 2029. Amanda Smidt Panciera is the Vice President of People & Culture at the Urgan Ecology Center, where she strive to lead with humility, humor, and people-centered ideas. She is a proud AmeriCorps alumna, a graduate of the University of Nebraska, and a Girl Scouts Troop Leader. A leadership and personal growth enthusiast, she is especially passionate about examining privilege and dismantling systems of oppression.
She is an active member of the FUSM since 2014 where she has served as a Worship Associate, member of the Religious Education Committee, Strategic Planning team, and Chair of the Personnel team. She is working towards earning her Masters in Humas Resources and Labor Relations at UWM and in her free time, she enjoys storytelling, playing soccer, and can be found exploring parks and libraries with her partner Tony and children Zoe and Vivian.
