Is it enough to “Tolerate the Other: Especially Now”
Today’s Topic:
I found many of us, especially as Unitarian Universalists or members and friends of the First Unitarian Society of Milwaukee, are a deeply curious people. Also, as many of us navigate this world from the margins, even if we are privileged in any way, as many of us are, it can be difficult to feel or know we are being “tolerated” when some of our very lives are in danger on many fronts. Let’s come together for our May 3, 2026, worship services to dig into what it may mean to lean into ‘awakening curiosities’, the Soul Matters theme for this month. We are inviting you to explore what it means to have individual and a multiplicity of curiosities.
