We Hold History in Our Bodies
November 7, 2021 | 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Today’s Topic:
History lives in our bodies and is told through our bodies. Our personal history lives in our bodies through strength and scars, softness and knots. Our ancestral and familial history lives in our bodies in DNA, movement, and wisdom. What stories does your body hold? How can we heal stories of pain, and pass on wisdom to those who come after us? Join us for this service that explores how our bodies keep the score.
