Child Dedication Form

Our Child Dedication Ritual is scheduled twice a year during our 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. Sunday services at church. Because of the promises the congregation makes to the family during the ceremony, child dedications are available only to church members. If you would like your family to participate, we ask that you sign up a minimum of one week in advance.

This year our Child Dedication Ceremony will be on November 19, 2023 and May 12, 2024.
