Flower Donation

The Sunday Sanctuary Flowers Program provides an opportunity to dedicate flowers for a cause, in memory of a loved one or in celebration of a life event. A beautiful arrangement will be displayed in the sanctuary for both Sunday services – and you can take the flowers with you after the second service if you’d like (but please return the empty vase to the church once the flowers have expired so we can return it to the flower shop to be reused for the next order.)

If you would like to generously provide flowers, simply fill out this form, stop at the Member Services Table during social hour, or contact Shari Wright or call 414-273-5257 before end of day Monday of the Sunday you would like to donate the flowers. Please note that we’ll try our best to accommodate your requested date, but please provide alternate dates in case the date you’ve requested has already been chosen.

The recommended minimum donation is $75. Please provide a check to the church designated for “flowers.” or donate online the SUPPORT US form to the non-pledge gift and “Flowers for ‘your date'” on the memo field.
