Don’t Sleep through the April 4 Wis. Supreme Court Election

The ideological balance of the state’s highest court will be decided next month. This means the fate of issues such as reproductive rights, voting rights, fair elections, gay rights, gun safety, and health care are all on the ballot. Make your voice heard!

The April 4 election could determine the course of the state for many years, and even affect whether our presidential votes are fairly counted in 2024.

If you vote absentee and need to renew your ballot request, please do so now. First Church’s Defend Democracy team can inform you about the system for voter registration and early voting and connect you with efforts to help others register to vote. The website myvote.wi.gov is the official source for voting assistance. Contact me at dave.umhoefer@gmail.com for more information.
