Today’s Topic:
Faith can be a difficult word for converts to Unitarian Universalism. The context and past experiences we have with the word “faith” color our willingness to reclaim it. Sharon Salzberg wrote, “The tendency to equate faith with doctrine distracts us from what faith is actually about—its essence lies in trusting ourselves to discover the deepest truths on which we can rely.” Join us as we explore our relationship to the word “faith” and how to open space for many meanings.
