First, We Let Go

January 1, 2023 | 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Categories:

One service only at 10:00 am.

Today’s Topic:

Multi-Generational Service. No RE classes or childcare today.

We cannot find our center in the new year until we let go of the old year. Although marking the beginning of a new year is somewhat arbitrary (we can make a new beginning at any time), January 1 brings thoughts of starting new endeavors and making new promises. Time is funny—it keeps going, it doesn’t care, we humans make it new. What do we need to let go in order to embrace a new beginning? Join us for this multigenerational service which includes a ritual of letting go.

Worship Team:

Rev. Dena McPhetres, Associate Minister
Alissa Rhode, Lead Music Director
Patrick Mulvey, Worship Associate
