I cannot imagine a better way to renew my faith than to gather with you in person in our sanctuary again! We are re-opening for in-person worship and religious education beginning on Sunday, March 6. We will begin with 100 people in person per service (9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.), pre-registered, with proof of vaccination or a negative test. Online services will also be available on YouTube and our website at 10:00 a.m.
Our generosity leaders on the pledge team are asking us to Remember-Rekindle-Renew this month, and at each worship service we will reflect on what needs remembering, what needs rekindling, and what needs renewal. I look forward to renewing my commitment to community with you.
Renewing faith promises to be a juicy theme for our month, as it opens the doorway into questions of doubt, trust, and courage in the face of the unknown. Our Unitarian Universalist faith is comfortable with doubt, and we are learning courage in this vast sea of what is unknown. We are learning, slowly, how to float and trust the water will hold us.
With love,
Rev. Jennifer
